“I like the way you work – instead of telling me what to do – you allow me to develop ideas myself – you provide thoughts and tools and questions to develop thoughts that will be helpful for implementing goals I have. I feel this is rare – you also adjust if something is difficult you adjust and modify the task (you compared that to physical exercise where if an exercise is too difficult or challenging – then one can adjust), I do like that.
